The pool at Eden was incredibly relaxing, with a perfect temperature and a soothing atmosphere. We enjoyed spending time there, unwinding after a long day of exploring the city. Additionally, the spa facilities were top-notch, providing a great steam room and sauna experience. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and our room was of very high quality, with comfortable beds and plenty of useful amenities. The location was also ideal, as it was conveniently close to the main sights in the city. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, making it easy to find something delicious to start the day. Despite a couple of minor hiccups, such as the room allocation mix-up and a small issue with parking, the overall experience was fantastic. The hotel's hospitality and value for money were definitely commendable.

They gave us a triple room with great wraparound balcony. The location was particularly good and ideal, near Stari Most Bridge and Old Bazaar, and bazar and really close to Kujundziluk we wanted to see.

This hotel is a hidden gem with so much to offer. First, the location is perfect - nestled on top of a hill, it provides stunning views of the town. We had a room with a balcony directly facing the sunset and it was absolutely breathtaking. Second, the staff are attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any request. Lastly, the breakfast included a variety of local items that were delicious. It was the perfect way to start each day of our stay.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was fantastic.
